Conductive anti-Static PVC floor for semiconductor cleanroom is an electrostatically conductive network, which is formed by the interface of plastic particles. It ensures the permanent conductive properties of ESD flooring. The main materials of ESD flooring tiles are polyvinyl chloride resin, conductive materials, stabilizers, plasticizers, pigments, and other auxiliary materials. The pattern of an ESD flooring tile resembles a marble pattern, it has a good decorative effect.

RHPP Technology: Our floor utilizes "RHPP" technology—a physical rolling method in a high-pressure environment. This increases floor density and creates a stain-resistant film that closes pores, ensuring the floor does not absorb dirt and maintains permanent conductive properties without losing carbon fiber after cleaning.

🛠️Installation Guidelines

The conductive PVC floor should be installed on subfloors that are leveled, smooth, and free of cracks. Residual humidity should be under 2.5% (CM Dumb test). Tiles, adhesive, and the site should reach a temperature of at least 18ºC for 24 hours prior to installation. Tiles must be pasted with qualified conductive glue below 105 Ohm.
