What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in shrink-wrap by pallets. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and the balance before shipping. For established customers, we can accept 70% against the BL copy.
What are your terms of delivery?
We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and LC delivery terms.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 15 days after receiving your deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ ranges from 1,000 to 10,000 pcs, depending on your specific requirements.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply free samples if we have ready parts in stock, though customers must cover the courier cost. For customized samples, both sample and courier costs apply.
