What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in shrink-wrap by pallets. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and the rest payment before shipping. For established customers, we can accept 70% against the BL copy.
What are your terms of delivery?
We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and LC delivery terms.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 15 days after receiving your deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ ranges from 1,000 to 10,000 pcs, depending on your specific demand and requirements.
What is your quality inspection system?
We conduct inspections at every process: Grade selecting, Drying kiln, Processing, digging & repair for knots grade, Homag line, UV line, and Packing.
