The first step is extrusion using 4 fully automated lines for high efficiency. Daily capacity produces 25,000+ sqm. We offer thickness ranges from 3.5mm up to 7.5mm with diverse surface textures.
Our fully automated UV coating line has an 8-hour capacity of 5,000 sqm. This process enhances wear resistance and creates the desired finish (glossy, matte, or semi-matte).
Automated cutting lines precisely size the flooring and create the locking click systems. We produce 7,000 sqm every 8 hours, supporting regular, large, and small plank sizes.
Application of IXPE or EVA silent mats. IXPE can reduce noise by up to 18dB, providing a quieter and more comfortable walking experience.
Our fully automated packaging line handles at least 2,000 packages every 8 hours. We use customized packaging, pallets with density board separators, and paper corner protectors for safe transit.
