Product Description

Luxury Wood Plastic Composite Spc Planks
Luxury Wood Plastic Composite Spc Planks

SPC flooring stands for Stone Plastic Composite flooring. It is a popular type of rigid core luxury vinyl flooring. The core is made from a blend of natural limestone powder and polyvinyl chloride, which makes it extremely strong, stable, and durable. One of its best features is that it is 100% waterproof, making it perfect for kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. SPC flooring comes with a printed design layer that can realistically replicate the look of wood or stone. It usually includes a attached underlayment for noise reduction and comfort. Most planks use a click-lock system for easy floating installation over existing subfloors. It is scratch-resistant, pet-friendly, and requires very little maintenance compared to hardwood or laminate.

SPC Shipping Details

Packaging: SPC flooring planks are carefully packed in strong cardboard boxes. Each box usually contains between 7 and 12 planks, covering about 15 to 25 square feet. Boxes are stacked onto wooden pallets, tightly wrapped with plastic stretch film and corner protectors to ensure safety during transport.

Shipping: Pallets are loaded into 20-foot or 40-foot shipping containers. Inside, pallets are secured with straps and air bags. Once the flooring arrives, it should be stored in a dry indoor area and acclimated for at least 48 hours before installation.

Production Workshop

Production Line 3
The SPC flooring production workshop is a highly automated environment. The process begins with high-speed mixing of limestone powder and PVC resin, followed by twin-screw calendering under extreme pressure to form a dense core. High-definition decorative films and wear layers are laminated using precise rollers, creating realistic textures. Every plank undergoes strict quality inspection under specialized lighting before automated packaging.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is SPC flooring really 100% waterproof?
Yes, SPC flooring is completely waterproof. Its stone plastic composite core contains no wood or organic materials, so it will not absorb water, swell, or warp. This makes it ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.
Can I install SPC flooring over my existing tiles or concrete?
Yes, in most cases you can. SPC flooring uses a floating click-lock system, so it can be installed directly over existing hard surfaces like ceramic tiles, vinyl, or concrete. Any deep grout lines should be filled first.
Is SPC flooring durable enough for pets?
Absolutely. SPC flooring is highly resistant to scratches, scuffs, and stains. It can easily handle pet claws, accidents, and daily activity. It is also easy to clean and does not trap odors.
Does SPC flooring need an underlayment?
Many SPC products come with a pre-attached underlayment pad, so no additional underlayment is required. If the planks do not have a backing, a separate vapor barrier may be needed.
Is SPC flooring difficult to maintain?
No, it is very easy to maintain. Regular sweeping or vacuuming and occasional damp mopping with a mild cleaner are usually enough. It does not require waxing, sanding, or polishing.
What is the lead time for mass production?
Leveraging optimized production workflows, we offer stable lead times—typically 3-7 days for sample preparation and 15-25 days for mass production depending on the order quantity.
