The first step is extrusion using 4 fully automated lines. Our daily capacity exceeds 25,000 sqm. We offer a thickness range from 3.5mm to 7.5mm with various surface textures.
Utilizing a fully automated line, we apply UV coating to create glossy or matte finishes. This process enhances wear resistance and anti-slip properties.
Automated lines cut the flooring to precise sizes and create the four-edge locking clips. Capacity reaches 7,000 sqm per 8-hour shift.
Application of IXPE or EVA silent mats. IXPE can reduce noise by up to 18dB, providing a quieter and more comfortable walking experience.
We utilize a fully automated packaging line capable of processing at least 2,000 packages in 8 hours. Customized packaging is available, followed by professional palletizing with paper corner protectors.
