What materials are used in this WPC decking?
Our composite decking is made of 60% wood fiber, 30% HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), and 10% additives.
What are the standard lengths for the decking boards?
Common lengths include 2.2m, 2.9m, 2.44m, 3.66m, 4.88m, and 5.4m. Customized lengths are also available upon request.
Is the decking resistant to extreme weather?
Yes, it is weather-resistant and suitable for temperatures ranging from -30°C to 50°C, featuring high UV and color stability.
How is the product packed for delivery?
We use fumigated wooden pallets with a container easy-loading structure. The pallets are covered with plastic film and tightened with belts.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Usually, our MOQ is a 1x20ft container (approximately 800sqm). We can negotiate for trial orders.
How easy is it to replace a broken board?
It is very easy. You simply need to break the clips on both sides of the damaged board and lift it out.
