Strand Woven Bamboo Technology

The split bamboo are fractured into bamboo strands and dipped in the heat-sensitive low-VOC glue liquor, then pressed at a pressure over 2,500 tons in steel moulds. The stands blocks are sliced into various sizes and made into flooring with T+G processing system and coating.

The density of strand woven bamboo is over 1,100 kg / m3 and it is twice harder than oak. Strand woven bamboo flooring is extremely exotic and rich looking.

The MOQ is 200 M2 for standard products and 500 M2 for customized orders.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery takes 10-45 days after receiving the deposit or L/C, depending on material requirements and quantity.

What are your standard payment terms?

We typically accept 30% T/T in advance and 70% T/T against the copy of B/L or irrevocable L/C at sight.

Yes, small samples are free (freight collect or prepaid). Large samples may require a basic manufacturing cost. Samples usually take 3-5 days to prepare.
