Product Description

SRT-A/B Self-Leveling Cold Polyurea Floor Material is a solvent-free, two-component, manually scraped polyurea material cured on-site. At normal temperatures, it cures quickly to form a dense, non-foaming coating. It features excellent mechanical properties, medium resistance, and outdoor aging stability.

Product Characteristics

Room temperature curing: surface dry within 2h, full dry in 12h.
Excellent adhesion to various substrates with high physical/chemical resistance.
Highly efficient: achieve required thickness in one single construction.
Seamless coating: excellent leveling, beautiful, and dense film formation.
100% solid content, VOC-free, and environmentally friendly.
Superior anti-corrosion performance for substrate protection.

Construction & Operation

Environmental Conditions

• Temperature: > 5 ºC | Humidity: < 85% | Ensure good ventilation.

Operation Methods

1. Preparation: Mix Component B and Component A thoroughly for 2-3 mins. Use within 15 mins.

2. Application: Clean and prime surface. Pour polyurea and spread evenly with a trowel (3mm or 5mm).

3. Topcoat: Apply topcoat after 12h of surface drying using a non-shedding roller (approx. 0.2 kg/m²).

Suggested Dosage

• 1.2kg/mm/m²
• Thickness ≥ 1.5mm: Usage ≥ 1.8kg/m²
• Thickness ≥ 2.0mm: Usage ≥ 2.4kg/m²
