JCHPU002-A/B is a solvent-free, two-components, brushable polyurea elastic material. Formed by on-site curing of semi prepolymers and amino terminated polyethers, it offers excellent mechanical properties, outdoor aging resistance, and superior adhesion. It cures quickly even at -5 ºC, creating a dense, non-foaming coating.
Ideal for waterproofing and anti-corrosion treatment of concrete substrates including roofs, basements, bridges, warehouses, and water parks. It is widely used in hot, humid climates for its outstanding UV resistance and flexibility.

1. Base Surface: Concrete should be clean, flat, and polished to roughness. Curing must be complete (Strength ≥ C25, Moisture < 8%).
2. Environment: Temperature > 5 ºC, Relative Humidity < 85%.
3. Ventilation: Maintain proper air flow during construction.
Ratio: A:B = 1:1 (mass ratio). Do not add solvent. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Use within 15 minutes of mixing.
Application: Pour onto floor and use a trowel (3mm or 5mm) to scrape evenly. Curing takes 24 hours between layers.
Usage: 1.2kg/mm/m². Standard 1.5mm waterproof thickness requires 1.8kg/m².
